M.E.M. Concrete has 3 plants in Northeast, PA covering Luzerne, Lackawanna, Susquehanna, Wayne and Pike Counties. Our plants are located in Carbondale, PA (Lackawanna County), Honesdale, PA ( Wayne County PA) and Lords Valley, PA (Pike County). We also own a portable readymix plant capable of the larger pours and longer durantions that can be erected on your sites by arrangement, if economical.
